Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you didn't receive an order confirmation email double check your spam/junk folder.
During Busy Holiday Seasons (ex. Christmas) expect some delays with the postal carrier. These delays are unfortunate but do sometimes occur. Please double check your tracking info or contact me if your package is more than 2 days overdue.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For small orders of Christmas ornaments, keychains, or magnets we offer lettermail shipping within Canada. This does not apply to orders of more than 2 items! Lettermail shipping does not include tracking and is not insured. If this concerns you please choose a tracked shipping option at checkout. Once your lettermail package is sent it is out of my hands and will not be refunded if lost. Please contact Canada Post with any concerns.
Local pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from our workshop at 42530 Devon Ave. in Yarrow. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 7 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our local pickup hours are quite flexible. Please reply to your "Ready for pickup" email to arrange a time/day for pick up. If you would prefer no-contact porch pickup please specify in your reply.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to all countries serviced by Canada Post.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Birch & Blaze is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days after your tracking shows delivered, please contact us at birchandblaze@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom products (such as special orders, sizes or personalized items) are final sale and cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
